Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may have been cancelled because the item was sold in-store before it could be processed for online fulfillment, resulting in it being out of stock. Alternatively, the order may have been flagged as potentially fraudulent by our system. If flagged as fraud, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a refund issued. If your order was cancelled for another reason, you can place a new order, ensuring your billing and shipping addresses match.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are securely shipped in double-box packaging via UPS or Purolator. For orders valued at $250 or more, a signature will be required upon delivery. You will receive tracking information for all shipments. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
Orders are shipped using UPS Standard, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days.
Orders are shipped using Purolator Ground, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days.
Important Note: We are not liable for lost packages. All shipments require a signature for delivery.
International Shipping
Customs duties and VAT are included in the price. International orders are shipped via UPS Standard (3-5 business days) with tracking provided.
