RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – We do not accept returns or exchanges.

All products are sold in brand-new, authentic condition unless otherwise stated, so you can shop with confidence knowing that the quality and authenticity of our items are guaranteed. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we ask that you carefully confirm your selected size, color, and other options before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so our team can assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Price adjustments, website errors, inventory discrepancies, fraud prevention, or other reasons may lead to a partial or full refund. Please note that order cancellations may incur a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the return costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply.

In the case that you receive an incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct one, offer store credit, or issue a refund to your original payment method. Vancity Vintage will cover all costs related to returning the incorrect merchandise.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes (this does not apply to shipments within Canada).

PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for lost packages. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
